Seat screen quality in today's technology world can be far superior. Also, privacy is not as would expect. In other airlines the privacy in BC is far superior. often being a "cocoon" set up for BC passengers

This is a great initiative - SAA is one of the most expensive airlines there is, I am proud South African and would really like to see the your offering improving. You are certainly moving in the right direction - hope to see the improvement soon.
